Bottom Line The points-based method of Weight Watchers is outdated and doesn’t go far enough to promote healthy lifestyle changes. For better success, stick with diets like Medifast or Nutrisystem. We never have the same leader, and there is very little support. I started a new job, and have been struggling greatly with staying on plan, and have been gaining weight. I have mentioned it to two different leaders and the only 'support' I get is - "you know how to do this" or, "at least you only gained one pound and not more". Hmm... not the kind of support I am looking for. It is disappointing because it seems some weigh in locations have great leaders with good support systems, but mine unfortunately does not. I can't see wasting any more money on a program where the leaders don't care if I am successful or not.
