Personally, I think Weight Watchers is stupid. If you're going to make something that's supposed to change your lifestyle, start by encouraging good choices. WW encourages things like DIET soda and SPLENDA, which only makes you gain weight.

I have been on weight watchers for 1 month now.. I weigh 130 lbs and need to lose 10 lbs. After one month of WW and exercising 5 times per week.. I Lost ABSOLUTELY 0 LBS!!! I was eating 18-20 points per day... What is the deal??

I have lost 15 pounds using the Weight Watchers system, but I do agree that exercise is key.
I had joined Weight Watchers a few years ago with limited success, but recently got motivated and just used their tools without going to the meetings.
What really makes the difference is working out--I do an hour of running, aerobics, or racquetball 4-5 times a week.
