Nutrisystem Reviews Nutrisystem Review by ashley on September 16th, 2009 at 12:00 PM CDT Name I just finished my first full week on Nutrisystem, and I surprisingly like it. I have yet to get onto the scale to figure out exactly how much weight loss has occurred (I want to wait until the full month is over).However, I do feel a lot better about myself!!! It was not hard for me to transition from regular food to Nutrisystem food because I hit that point in my life where I knew something had to be done! I am currently 5’8 and 200lbs, size 10 and I am 22 year old, and my goal is 135 lbs I am hoping to do this at least by next summer. The food is decent; you have to go into it knowing you’re not getting a gourmet meal. I like the cereal in the morning (add banana’s), and the pancakes are really good too! For lunch I prefer the soups like chicken noodle, and the vegetable beef, even the pasta. I didn’t like the Mac n cheese; you add boiling water and let it sit for 8 minutes. For dinner I really enjoy the ravioli (it tastes like chef Boyardee) I have a couple chicken breasts etc I have yet to try. I am a little unsure about trying those since they come in a box that you don’t need to keep in the freezer. The deserts are OK; I like the little chocolates other than that I could probably do without. I cut up cucumbers or a small salad to supplement and then I snack on 100 calorie popcorn between meals, I am honestly never hungry. I will report back at the end of the month!
