I've been on it for 11 months and have lost 135 lbs so far. I have only 35 lbs to go and can finally see the light at the end of the tunnel. The food is delicious. It took a complete mind makeover to get used to eating smaller (correct sized) portions and I was very skeptical, but thought I give it a good 3 month trial. I started losing weigt immediately, and was amazed at how delicous their food was. My brother & sister-in-law were so impressed by my results that they too are now on NutriSystem and enjoying weight loss success. NutriSystem help put my life back on a healthy track. He loves it! it's all about portion control and supplimenting the right protiens and veggies. He played football in college and wieghed 245lbs before ns, we were really unsure at first, but we are believers, he has 20 lbs to go and I am starting the plan, I would like to lose 15 lbs. I'm graduating college next month, 5'5" and about 145 lbs, with a similar exercise routine. I've been using Nutrisystem for a little over a week now, and I've lost 3 pounds. I opted for the Nutrisystem Flex plan where you eat the NS food 5 days a week and then you are on your own for the other 2. I liked this because it still allows me to go out to eat with friends and such. I'm a pretty picky eater, but have been happy with the food that I chose. I am hungry sometimes, but it's because I'm not supplementing enough with fruits, vegetables, and protein. However, I'm doing better about that now that I know a little more about how much I need. With dinner and a snack after, I'm actually quite satisfied. Being a single college student, I know what a pain it can be to try to cook for yourself. I am honestly getting a lot more variety with NS, especially for dinner. I'll probably do one more package of it and then see how I do on my own for maintaining the weight loss.
