By far the most easiest weight loss program. Husband and I are both doing great! We are learning to eat lean and green and finding happiness in Medifast! Most diets teach you to count calories and I feel we have learned to cook lean and green and it is ideal.

When I started the program I was 305 lbs. I cut out most sugars, slowed down on the carbs, and I still was not losing weight. My sister lost a bunch of weight (and is not even recognizable anymore!) and has kept it off after she left the program.
My mom then tried the program and has lost 25+ lbs in a few months, and she looks so much better. They talked me into trying medifast, and I'm glad I did. My first week I lost 11 lbs. I have been doing the medifast program for a little over a month and I am down 25lbs. I look noticably thinner, I fit into clothes I haven't worn for years, and I feel great! Everytime I get on the scale, I am lighter!
Because of the 6 meals a day, I am not hungry. The food is good. I just spice them as needed. I went on vacation, and I brought just enough food to last the week I was gone. I thought it would be hard to stay on it while I was gone, but it was not. All of the people I saw told me that I looked so much thinner.TRY IT!
