I have been on medifast for about 8 weeks and I've lost 30lbs. I want to lose close to 100lbs so this is just the beginning, BUT I have consistently lost at LEAST 2lbs a week if not more. I started the week of Thanksgiving and did this weight loss through the holidays! If I can do it then, you can do it now! I would ONLY recommend it for someone who wants to lose a lot of weight - I would say maybe 50lbs or more because it is a financial investment and then you pay for their food. If money is not an issue, then I would say go for it!

Yes it works! I lost 190 pounds in a year doing Medifast. Best advice? Follow the plan exactly, drink lots of water and add exercise after two weeks.

Really nervous....I just placed my order for Medifast...now I just have to wait for that knock on the door. Unless my UPS guy decides to just throw it over the fence. LOL. Kidding! I really hope this works...Medifast has such rave reviews though that if I see the weight actually coming off I can take the the food even if it's not too great. So any recommendations?? What should I expect when I start and when can I exercise because I am actually an active person....any tips at all are greatly appreciated! Thank you! Happy New Year! :D
