My medifast meals of choice are the peanut butter crunch bars and the chocolate or vanilla shakes (70). Invest in one of those smoothie makers it makes all the difference. I did not care for the medifast hot food except the brownies and pancakes are pretty good but not my favorites. Enjoy this diet and enjoy loosing the weight. Bottom line fast results in a short time.
