I want to lose close to 100lbs so this is just the beginning, BUT I have consistently lost at LEAST 2lbs a week if not more. I started the week of Thanksgiving and did this weight loss through the holidays! If I can do it then, you can do it now! I would ONLY recommend it for someone who wants to lose a lot of weight - I would say maybe 50lbs or more because it is a financial investment and then you pay for their food.
