This is the best program on the market! I lost 40 pounds in four months, and have now kept it off for 7 months. Medifast not only has a plan to lose weight quickly, and the healthy way - by following the program you are learning how to keep it OFF!!

I am on week 14 and have lost a little over 30 pounds on the program. I have 6 pounds to goal and I LOVE the program. There are many food options and I actually like the food. If you follow the plan, there is no doubt that you will lose weight, learn portion control and be more aware of the calories/carbs/fat that you were eating that made you fat!

I lost 15 lbs and 25 inches overall in just 7 weeks! This was substancial to me because I wasn't really overweight, but wanted to get back to "bikini shape" which I've now accomplished! What I found so great about Medifast was that it is super convenient, a no brainer when it comes to what you will eat throughout the day, food is good, very cost effective (in fact I totally saved money!) and just easy, easy, easy!!!
