I started Medifast 9 days ago..day 5 I was down 4 pounds then instantly gained 2pds back..I'm on day 9 and my weight hasn't change..I DON'T UNDERSTAND! WHAT AM I DOING WRONG??? I eat 5 Medifast meals, fish and salad or baked chicken and cooked carrots sauteed in olive oil and garlic..that's what I've been eating all week...and tons of water.. I need lean and green HELP ;( or ideas because I feel that's where I'm going wrong..maybe a certain type of fish I should have or vegetable ..I really don't know.... my bday is a month and a half from now.. I NEED to lose 65..but by my bday hoping to be down 25pds.. I want this so bad... SOMEBODY HELP!!

i lost 52lbs in 12weeks on medifast. this is not a gimmick. you will see actual results. i recommend doing this with another person so you can cook together your lean and green meal and have some accountability. with any amount of dedication you will have great success. it is so easy with all of the food options, just no drinking:(!!!!!!

In 2008, between June 11 and November 4th, I lost 78 pounds in 21 weeks with Medifast through its Take Shape for Life Program. Today because of the lessons learned in this great program I continue to keep the weight off.
