I thank you guys so much. I knew I was doing something wrong..hate to admit I WASN'T PAYING ATTENTION.. Smh! I was so excited I quickly jumped on the program.. I didn't take the time to read the Green list.. (didn't even know there was a green list) SMH...Well, now I know and confident I'll be down 25 pounds by mid June...anyway wish me luck!! :)

Medifast is the ONLY, and I mean ONLY diet plan that teaches you how to make this a permanent lifestyle. If you follow it, TO THE LETTER, you will be successful and it will change your life. No yo-yoing, excuses, re-do's or whining--you will have a new life. I lost 80 pounds and my old life is but a distant memory.

Medifast has saved my LIFE!
When nothing else worked, Medifast did! I struggled for 3 months with counting calories, eating only healthy foods and working out for at least an hour 5-6 days a week and couldn't lose a single pound! I have now lost 60 pounds with Medifast, I feel great and it's so easy! I give all the credit to Medifast, I couldn't have done it without them!
Before MF I was diagnosed as Prediabetic, my blood sugars are now normal and I won't have to take any medications!
