Hey guys..giving you an update on my medifast weight lost journey well so far..I lost 15pds...yeeeey!! Its been about 3 weeks I've cheated twice :( once in the 2nd week and once in the 3rd..it didn't really affect me..well kinda! I gained 4pd back then instatly lost it again and some..I'm so hoping to be out of the 2's by the 17 of june...I'm at 209 now...so excited :)

A year ago I weighed 257 lbs. and was walking with a cane. Today I weigh 153 lbs. and am doing 5 zumba classes a week. I know, I know. It sounds too good to be true - kind of like raising someone from the dead. But it IS true, and it's thanks to Medifast, the easiest, healthiest, fastest weight loss program I've ever encountered (and I've tried 'em all, baby!)

Im kind of nervous to start the program. Is it easy to follow? does it tell you what to eat and when and how often from the foods they sent you? I weigh 185 and my goal weigth is 145 , is that possible to achieve in about 12 wks with this program and food? help!
