I have been on Medifast for just over a week. It is a very legit weight loss program. I have had some days of irritability as I adjust but unlike my previous tries without a program, this time I am certain, as is my family, I can do it. Since I started ten days ago, I have lost 10 pounds! I am excited to lose more! So far, so good. Other than it is a bit more expensive than I thought to start. I have had almost no cravings which is unexpected!
