It has been a very satisfactory experience for me as I've lost 12 pounds and have learned to control my eating. Yes, it is slow and expensive, but you do not have to buy all the food from them. I make my own breakfasts using egg beaters, my own cereal and fruit, and low calorie breads. Also, I buy many of my snacks in the supermarket such as 100 calorie packages of baked cheetos and popcorn. If you shop wisely it is not necessary to purchase everything from them. This program has helped me to change my eating habits, and will definitely be the one to keep my weight off. Metabolic Max, the arm band, has helped that process by tracking my calories burned, steps taken, sleep, food consumed, etc. WELL worth the money invested, and another reason that I stay on-track. The consultants at the weight center I go to have always been helpful and caring, and the center has always been spotlessly clean. WELL worth the money and time invested. I love Jenny Craig!
