Thank you DietStories.com and the users who supplied their honest responses! Just like User Reviewer #33, I was recommended by my doctor to use Alli to help with my weight loss. I'm glad I did my own research before wasting my money. Many, many thanks to all!

Alli is crap! It does not work! You will need to stay very close to a bathroom. I have taken it for three weeks now. Along with 1500 cal. a day, swimming, walking 30 minutes. I have seen no weight loss, nothing.
Only GOD knows what this crap will end up doing to people. I hope the makers of alli buy them something to eat with all the money they have made off this stuff and choke to death on it!!!

Was told to try Alli by doctor even though I have hypothroidism for 25 years and am on Synthroid. I had to take Synthroid in the PM instead of the AM as recommended. I had trouble sleeping and heart palpitations. You can't take medications at the same time as you take Alli because your medication will not be absorbed as needed. Oh, and the ((treatment effects)), were so not worth it. I never even went over 10 to 15 grams of fat per meal. Pretty nasty!!
